«Sport Basics» is a comprehensive prevention program designed for various ball sports including football, handball, basketball, volleyball, and unihockey.
The program comprises six fundamental exercises categorized as «Basics» and four supplemental exercises labeled as «Basics Plus». These supplementary exercises specifically target body areas that are particularly vulnerable during ball sports. Regular application of these exercises may reduce the risk of injuries while simultaneously enhancing athletic performance. The exercises have been developed by Dr. Kerstin Warnke, a specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine (SGSM).
Note: Following installation, a video package of approximately 25 MB will be downloaded. To avoid lengthy download times or high data costs, it is advisable to download the video package only when Wi-Fi access is available. If Wi-Fi is not accessible during the installation of the application, the video download can be skipped and completed at a later time.
